The Ocean to City festival aims to engage participation through boat building demonstrations, youth racing, model boat building, photography, exhibitions, traditional music, heritage boat trails and the Cork Harbour School. 
On June 2 Ocean to City will be hosting a free family friendly fun day in the Castle courtyard to celebrate the Ógra Chorcaí Youth Currach Racers and Youth kayakers.
Taking place from 10:00 – 16:30 the public are invited to participate in Cook up a Comet workshops in the courtyard, balloon making, face painting and lots of other fun activities throughout the day.
This is a free courtyard event, open to all
