Have you got what it takes to be a part of our team at Ireland’s Space for Science?

We’re looking for Summer season Explainers!

As an Explainer you will join our team of scientific guides/facilitators who engage with our visitors to enrich the science centre experience.

The successful Explainers will run planetarium shows, deliver tours of Blackrock Castle Observatory and lead exciting scientific workshops and demonstrations engaging visitors in the scientific process.

Outreach activities will include events across Cork city and county for A Summer of Space, a programme of events in association with CIT’s hosting of The International Space University’s Space Studies Programme 2017.

We want your passion for science and astronomy to make memorable science experiences for all people!
