As Science Week drew to a close, with many comets made from dry ice, the questions was posed : “What to do with the last of the dry ice?” Dry ice doesn’t last. The solid carbon dioxide gets warmer and warmer, turning back into gas form, so we had to do something with it!
TY students Alan and Cormac researched a bit and found this link. So of course, it was experiment time.
