Earth Hour

Celebrate Earth Hour and the Cork Lifelong Learning Festival on March 24.

 

Join the Cork Sky Friendly Campaign for an introduction to light pollution and an interactive workshop on recording for the Globe at Night citizen science programme.

 

This open evening includes a practical observation of the night sky assisted by experts from Cork Astronomy Club.

 

This is a free event, no booking required. Please note that observing is as always weather dependent.

  • 8:30-9:30pm – Courtyard Observing & Lights Out for Earth Hour,
