International Day of Light – ESERO Ireland Activities

To mark the International Day of Light during Cork Harbour Festival 2020,  CIT Blackrock Castle Observatory will be taking to our Courtyard to observe the greatest source of light we have – The Sun. We’ll use our special telescopes and sun spotters to show you how to safely observe the Sun. In addition, we will be hosting free ESERO Ireland workshops on the subject of Light. These workshops are free, but places are offered on a first come first served basis. *Observing is weather dependent.
