CIT Entertains for Charity

Only two more Wednesdays left of CIT’s charity cookery demonstrations, and we’re going to both!

On Wednesday November 30, Keith O’Flynn will stir up some soups and stocks and cook with lesser-used cuts of meat. Keith is the head chef at the Castle Café and Restaurant at CIT Blackrock Castle Observatory and also at Market Lane on Oliver Plunkett Street. All funds for this night will go towards the Marymount Hospice.

On Wednesday December 7 CIT Culinary Arts lecturers and chefs, Ann O’Connor and Ciarán Scully will show us all how to be the perfect entertainers at Christmas and cook up some spectacularly festive dishes. All funds for this night will go towards Suicide Aware.
